You will be pivotal in forging and nurturing strategic partnerships that propel Haya Therapeutics' mission and business objectives. You will be the driving force behind identifying, developing, and managing alliances that maximize the impact of our groundbreaking RNA-targeted therapeutics.
Main Responsibilities:
- Strategic Alliance Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships aligned with Haya Therapeutics' goals and therapeutic focus areas
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, fostering collaboration and trust
- Negotiation and Deal-Making: Lead negotiations to establish favorable partnership agreements that maximize value for both parties
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with internal teams (R&D, Clinical, Finance, Legal) to ensure successful partnership execution
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Track and analyze partnership performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and maximizing value
- Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform partnership strategies
- Senior Management Reporting: Regularly update senior management on partnership activities, progress, and outcomes
Qualifications:
- An advanced degree (MBA and/or PhD) in life sciences or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in alliance management, business development, or a related biotech or pharmaceutical industry field
- A demonstrated history of successful alliance management, negotiation, and deal-making in the biotech/pharma space, including experience with high-value deals
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders and drive decision-making
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; capable of effective communication at all levels of an organization
- A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the biotech landscape and the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities
